Really good however when you look at the timing pull back lower down the rev range roughly around 1500 to 2300 rpm there is a fair bit now is the fact that i have a forge dog bone bush making my car vibrate that bit more causing the timing pull back as that is what the knock sensors pick up isnt it vibrations,

With the dog bone bush pulling away is where you really feel the vibrations so could that be causing that

You sure I got zero vibration except a tiny bit at idle, this would have been cured by upping the idle a few hundred rpm me thinks.

Was the dog bone torqued correctly, very important it's not too tight.

i had it done at JKM so i guess they would have done it correctly but it seems funny that the knocks only happen between 1500 and 2300 rpm in either the 2nd or 4th CF columns

dont forget when your at standstill or very low speed there is little airflow going through the intercooler, or the induction system for that matter

yeah so heat soak is another reason why those readings are higher there, but if say i was to leave my car on timing 8 would it do any long term damage, obviously everyday driving there is no point it being on 8 as quite a lot of we are sat in traffic but say night time and special occasions putting the car on 8 or 9 would be ok even if i am seeing that pull back low down the rev range
