problems with passenger door on mk 4 ibiza

my door gets stuck and wont open unless i push in the door and pull it at the same time also on the same door the window dosent go down all the way can any one help???

i had this to the point the door wouldn't open, hwoever the window went down properly, noticed the door card hadn't been put on properly by the idiot that took it off before i got the car. Took it back to were i brought it and he did it for beer tokens but never explained what it was to me, Best way take the door card off and have a wee look, the window could be something to do with the rubbers.

I'm no expert there's my pointless to cents.

Not a clue fella, but if you take the inner door card off, look at the rubbers where the window come down into, they may have justt slightly moved or flexed, could be stopping window coming down.
