Problem with my ABS!

Went to the accident repair garage today to pick up my ibiza. It was meant to be ready today but when I got there they said it wasnt, and that there is a problem with my ABS:headhurt::cry:

I didnt ask what exactly was wrong with it stupidly, and now I really want to know whats up.

Does anyone know how you can tell if there is a problem with a cars ABS by looking at the brakes with the wheel off, as I dont think they have been able to physically test it yet due to them waiting on a tyre and for the car to get tracked!

Is getting the ABS fixed pricey? Im now wondering if my ABS failure could have played a part in my accident in the first place or if it got damaged in the accident.

The guy at the garage said the car should be fixed by later today but I doubt it.
