prity red brake calipers

Hi guys,
Probably a stupid question but these nice looking red brake calipers some of you have, did you paint them yourself or do you buy them like that.
If you paint them, what sort of paint did you use?

See, told you its a stupid question.

I think you'll find the calipers on the LCR are Brembo's, which are red as standard. Some people do paint standard calipers in all sorts of colours. Im not sure of the paint which you need to do this, someone will be along soon to let us know.

If you feel like doing a brake upgrade u can by ready painted 312mm calipers and carriers on ebay for £165

hammerites good but wont last as long or look as good as a powdercoat

I just used silver smoothrite looks fine after a year of heavy braking much cheaper than specialist HT paints.
