Just a quick word of warning. My Cupra was booked in for a 30k service at Patterson SEAT in Newcastle so I thought I'd phone up to get a quote on the price. The lady on the phone told me it was £118.03 plus VAT (£138.68).
Imagine my surprise then (or not
) when I went in this afternoon and was presented with a bill for £149 for the service with no extras. I made the receptionist call and check the price of the service and... lo and behold... it should have been £138.68. So that's what I paid.
I can virtually guarantee that they won't be changing their prices to match SEAT fixed service charges so make sure you call for a quote on any service BEFORE you go in.
All in all, pretty much just what I've come to expect from SEAT stealers
