Pre-Map Power gains????

Hi...just wondered if anyone had had there cupra on the roller before they had it mapped but after they had had a few good mods, i.e what i have in my sig? because i had a play against my mates RS2000 which has had cams, headwork and superchip and is sumwhere ova 180 bhp and i pulled on him and he doesnt believe me that its only runing standard bhp (150bhp) he says its more around 180 mark...it only boosts to 8psi.

i had mine on standard and it made 166bhp.

assuming you mean the mk5/6 model, the Escort RS2000 is a poor poor car in my opinion, 180bhp is almost laughable

Had mine on the rollers before i had my map and she made 166bhp also, That was with a milltek cat back green cotton panel filer and a smoothed airbox.

with the mods on mine (with the k03s) before it was mapped it made 185 bhp

i also dought your car will be getting standard bhp figures as the exhaust would of gave it a bit of power and torque and intercooler as well
