Pre Facelift Mirror Covers...

Hi folks,

Due to someone kindly hitting my wing mirror, I am now in need of a new mirror cap. Hard to come across it seems.

My FR came with solid black mirrors, not the matt silver ones.

Does anyone have a paint code for the black (piano black I believe?!) covers?

Also, a paint code for the matt silver too? Thinking of a change.

P.S - if anyone knows of someone with a set for sale then let me know

What's the chassis mate, will have a check on PR codes and see if I can help

I'll have a look for the chassis when I'm home in 10mins mate.

My Leon is metallic black however the mirror covers are solid black, so don't know if my chassis will help?

Okay, checked on the PR codes (entire list of components on car) nothing listed for the mirror casings, however there is no option to order black caps from SEAT so this would suggest that they are an accessory possibly fitted at port before being PDI'D when brand new. We only have the option to order primed caps at £15.35 inc VAT

Thanks for all your effort mate. I know, I heard SEAT used to offer black and matt silver caps but now only do primed.

Any chance you can source me the SEAT paint code for the standard FR matt silver option?

Leave it with me David, I've checked again and on ETKA it only lists primed, but ill have a word with our body shop and see if they can shine any light!
