Just a little note to say be wary when ordering the Ibiza powerflex bush kit, as several of the bushes are incorrect. I've just been on the phone to Matthew Atkins (Ex-Sales Manager) to sort out a few issues.

The following parts are correct;

- PFF85-204 Front Lower Wishbone Rear Bush
- PFF85-201 Front Lower Wishbone Front Bush
- PFF85-202 Front Eye Bolt Mounting Bush
- PFF85-250 Front Subframe Bushes
- PFF85-232 Steering Rack Bush

The following are incorrect;

- PFF85-209 Anti-Roll Bar Bush
- PFF85-205 Anti-Roll Bar Mount
- PFF85-206 Rear Beam Bush
- PFF85-233 Steering Rack Bush

All the correct bushes are fitted to my car, and have covered 300 miles without any problems so far.

Check my rear beam bush topic, see what you think. I'm going to go jack the car up and triple check later but the last Ibiza beam I had used circular bushes and not a Triangular/Circular set up like a 5 Stud Golf Beam.

Yeh I was speaking to Vibra-Technic when I got my engine mounts about the rear beam bushes, at the end of the day this topic was just to alert people about the problems with the bits Powerflex lift, and also saves you any hastle should you get any in for a customer.

I'm going to try every bush for size, and a few others and then correct the lists on behalf of Powerflex. I'll let you know the correct codes too once done.

On another note, do you know if the PFF85-204's are meant to come with a small shim like the PFF85-203's for the Corrado's do?

Updated the list, only have the steering rack bushes left to fit and from what I can see they look right but only fitment will tell...! The Golf ARB bushes were a no-go too, ain't going to bother trying any more due to going for different ARB's.

Updated for one last time, if you have bought a complete Ibiza kit return it to powerflex and order the bushes listed above. Their 'full' kit includes next to nothing, you don't even get the steering rack or engine bed bushes.

The 202 which they said was for the Ibiza awhile back was incorrect, they may have now made a suitable one... However you won't need standard ones any more and new ones come supplied with the ARB's ;)

For a standard ARB you need a Mk2 Golf G60 bush and I don't think Powerflex have made one yet!

Ahh sorry lower bushes where the eye bolts go through, there were 202 on my car, going to find out what the crack is with the 208 as I always found the yellow ones to be a little too soft at the ARB.

I bought the "PFF85-206 Rear Beam Bush", but that was never gonna fit onto my car. [:@]

Now I see that powerflex allready knew that, why didn't they remove it from the website, till on today it says - PFF85-206 for the ibiza Mk3.

I ordered the bonrath kit to fit to my rear axle.. but that was no good either:

Original vs bonrath 9006 (jetta/golf 3):

Bonrath vs Powerflex

Now the original bush is given to powerflex by my garage and powerflex is going to make a complete new model for our car.. hope it will fit! :confused:

Been proving it on badgermobile racign 2nd half of last season. Far higher quality than a poly bush.
