Powerflex ARB bushes for Ibiza Cupra 6k2

Hello Guys ,I own a 6k2 cupra and I am having a hard time understanding which Powerflex bushings I need for my car
As it's written my stock ARB is 23 mm (unsure of that)
Sent a mail to Powerflex tech-support
They say I need PFF85-205-22 (22mm ) and PFF85-208 For the eye bolt mounting bush(12 mm)
First of all anybody experienced installing powerflex bushings in the ARB and knows if that's true because I'm really confused?
And second of all ,what

FRONT ANTI ROLL BAR EYE BOLT BUSH should I use? The biggest one they have is 20mm​

PFF85-209-20​

If you have a standard ARB then 23mm sounds too thick, I think it should be 20mm. Can you not measure the diameter to check?
