The car sets off as normal then all of a sudden gears down regardless of speed and looses power, it won’t accelerate and the throttle becomes unresponsive. This lasts anything from a few seconds to a few minutes and then all of a sudden the power comes back and it carries on as normal.
Engine light is on, we read it on an autel machine and fault codes for Engine came up, 2838, 4041 and 4044 and faults for ABS Brakes came up too but wouldn’t give us codes.
Has anyone ever come across an issue like this before and have any idea what it might be? Any help would be massively appreciated as I’ve got warranty cover as long as it’s not wear and tear! Thank you in advance!
