what would the cost be to port and polish my bam 225 head and what increase in power could i expect on an engine already making 300 bhp with a k04 hybrid, full 3 inch dp and exhaust etc.

Cheers

why not get a AGU head, they have bigger ports as std, then get ur manifold matched to it.

correct me if i'm wrong but i think the small port head is more than capable of good flow up to 350bhp?i know of a TT running 450bhp+ on a smallport head, standard inlet mani and tb.

I've done a bit of head work on ford engines in the past and i would rather keep the ports small to keep up gas speed and just flow it for a even flow into the cylinders.

I will be doing my APY 20v head soon got a spare one free so i will be doing some to that and taking it to a friend that has a flow bench
