Port to connect vag com

Just been searching for my serial port to connect vag com to my car i may be being a complete idiot but i cant find it.

I've looked under the handbrake flip up plastic peice nothing there. Looked under drivers footwell couldnt see anything there either.

My car is a 110 TDI 2002 from reading other forums (golf mk4) users have found theirs under near the handbrake.

Any other suggestions ? Had a look using the search feature couldnt find anything other than vag com problems

Found it, right at the back of the space under the climate control concealed quite well ! Now all i have to do is figure VAG COM out can get it to connect but when ever i attempt to scan the car VAG COM crashes maybe cos im on vista.

What version are you running ? I use 805.0 and its fine with Vista
