popped in for a quick question

hey guys, jumped over from mk3 to do a little research,

tried a few searches but so may results came back couldnt be bothered to sift thru them all, anyway i want my own thread,

was planning on changing to a cupra (20vt) from my 1600 sport for a little/lot more performance, but something has changed my mind. picked up a copy of last months performance tuner and there is a fabia tdi in there with 480ft/lb and close to that on power,

firstly do skoda and seat share tdi's (i think yes)

and secondly what sort of mods will i have to do to get this kind of performance. the one in the mag looked like it had little work done!

thats what a cupra remapped will get, if they truely got that power they did some work to it to get it

The fabia in performance tuner has a hydrid jabbasport turbo taking to to around 247bhp. A normal ibiza cupra tdi will remap to between 190-200 on standard garret turbo!
