I have the searched the forums for torque and gap for pfr6q plugs on my leon 1.8 20vt sport 2000 reg and seem to find various gaps and torque settings.

Can someone confirm these settings will be okay:

Gap of 0.032 (mine is standard no map yet)
Torque of 28nm or 30nm (some mention 25nm but seems low to me)

Is anti-seize grease really needed?

Thanks :)

Thanks for the links LEE69,

looking at the tables i assume Leons use flat seat type with gaskets?

Aluminium or cast iron cylinder head?

Might seem trivial to some but i do not want to fk my threads up with the wrong torque, thats why i am asking, i did search before hand and have seen these tables but knowing me i would pick the wrong option and torque them to cast iron settings on a aluminium head

Not trivial at all, the correct torque also positions the J-strap of the plug in the exact direction, making your fuel burn the most efficiently.
