Plugging iPod into radio/CD

Guest
I have the standard radio/CD for the 1.4 SX Ibiza and want to plug my iPod in directly. Thanks to this forum I know how to remove the radio unit.
I assume, as in some other cars, that I should be able to get a cable that plugs in to my iPod one and and the back of the radio unit (disc changer input?).

Any one any ideas if this works and what lead I need?

Wow that was quick. A bit more expensive and complicated that I thought. But the stuff looks good.

Dension Icelinks are available, I've got one you can have for £60 delivered!

I used it on my standard unit but now I have a new stereo! :)

I have this, it works a treat and is not expensive, you just need to max the volume on the ipod and it's fine

I got this link from another user on here who is also well happy with his one

I’m interested in something like this as I don’t get a good clear sound from my fm trasmitter or cassette adaptor.

But is says on that link:

Please note: this adapter cannot be used together with a CD changer. After installation, the headunit will be able to control the aux-in audio signal, but not provide control of the iPod or other audio device.

I want something that won’t disable the Cd changer, but mine is a 8-disc Panasonic one, not the normal cd changer
