Please can somebody help as my engine management came on tonight and i ran vagcom and it came up with 2 fault codes
17511 P1103 O2 Sensor Heating Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Output too Low
17524 P1116 O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Open

after resetting the faults 1 fault reappear again
17524 P1116 O2 Sensor Heater Circ.,Bank1-Sensor1 Open

i need to know what sensor is it on the exhaust ( one at the downpipe or cat )
