Playstation Install...

Anyone got any links to a guide or some references before I entertain the idea of installing a PS2 in the car. I bought a PS3 and havent touched my PS2 in months so thought I might consider it as I do about 300 miles a week with passengers!

Im thinking I might put 2 screens in the headrests and split the video signal so they can play 2 player games.

I was wondering if someone technical might be able to give me an idea of what I would need to do all of this....

OK - Since my post I think I have managed to work out most of the electrical / technical issues involved.... so no need for any replies on that part.

What I now would like to establish is a couple of things. How to install the monitors in the headrests (what size is the headrest?) and how to stabalise the PS2 to stop it skipping?

Any thoughts would be greatly appreciated people!! :D

In terms of power you just get a inverter such as http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/150W-POWER-IN...14&_trkparms=72:1301|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318 Unsure on the wattage for a playstation maybe too high tho!

In terms of head rests you're probably better off getting the preinstalled versions thus allowing you to revert back to oem if you want to keep them if you sell the car... such as these... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/2x-7-TFT-LCD-...14&_trkparms=72:1299|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1308

You need something to split the av signal from the playstation such as... http://cgi.ebay.co.uk/3-TRIPLE-STAC...14&_trkparms=72:1301|66:2|65:12|39:1|240:1318

Its all fairly straightforward, if i were you I'd build a false floor and fix the Playstation down somewhere accessible.
