Pioneer!!! And CD changer!!

hi there guys another question, have a pioneer stereo which i want to put in my 02 leon and want the disk changer to work with it to, now there is an adapter you can get which may work, not to sure until i rip it out to see the connections, but has anyone here had the same prob and how have they got over it, with cables etc
also anyone here got the same colour car as me?? and if so what colour did you paint the calipers looking for something good...
