Pinch weld/jacking points

My cars is three years old now and has been in and out the garage as expected.

The underseal/textured type material that protects the pinch welds, as expected has been squashed by the flat rubber pads on the garage jacks and now some are exposing the metal below.

They vary from factory how thick or the shape the the material on each.

It's still galvanised/zinc covered but is there something recommend to repair them with, until next time it happens......

I wouldn't bother, but you could use some kind of heavy duty tape. If you want to get proper, 4WDrivers have a very tough protective, textured coating that Resene make. I'm sure something similar is available in the UK.

At least it's protected rather than bear paint below, just one of those little annoying things.
