Well, I've stuck these on a couple of other forums, but rude not to here. Basically a week ago my car went off the road for some work to be done. In 10 hours (roughly) we managed the following:

Removed stock gearbox
Removed "uprated" JBS clutch & flywheel
Fitted 9 lb aluminium flywheel from SPEC
Fitted 560 lb/ft (at the wheels! :D) Stage 3+ clutch from the same place
Fitted Devonmikeyboys old Cupra TDI gearbox, with Peloquin LSD already installed! ;)
Fitted cupra bushes into the consoles.
Reassembled everything.
Fitted BMC CDA intake system. I love it! [B)]

Here's some pics

Removed nearside wheel arch liner. I love my brakes.

Complete subframe dropped

Driveshafts dropped. Glad they were able to stay in the hubs as I forgot to buy a pair of new hubnuts

Next day, new gearbox is offered up to the car

Driveshafts hooked up. I realised later that the nearside driveshaft was also from Mikeyboy's Cupra TDI, so it has been reunited with it's gearbox too!

Soot is only low down, out of turbo boost.... :D It soon clears up once the turbo comes alive

I do run nos too, but rarely actually use it on the road. Propane is used all the time though.

365lb torque with 220bhp will be quite smokey but the clutch should be OK. If you ever fit an LSD you might want to think about fitting a Helix organic disc ( 365lb rating ) or a cerametallic paddle disc fitted next time to be 100% sure for when you do even more power mods.

Straight swop for your organic disc. Cost for the paddle disc i think is about £200 to buy but then you have fitting but if you are already fitting an LSD your gearbox will be opened anyway so no labour bill to speak of. I would bother fitting one unless your gearbox is getting opened anyway for some reason or if the clutch does start to slip which i i doudt at 360ish lb torque. Helix clutches hold a lot more torque then Sachs ( Helix organic disc 365lb rating ) but are slightly more exspensive so if anyone knows they intend to go big turbo i personally would always get a Helix over a Sachs clutch.

Allards sale Helix and Sachs. Prices on their web site are Helix as that is what they sale most plus fit when doing turbo conversions. Good reason to get an LSD now so you can change your drive disc for nothing saving £200 labour...;) I really should work in sales you know.:cartman:
