Phatbox on a MK1 Leon

Does anyone here have a Phatnoise/Phatbox fitted on their MK1 Leon? If so....i need some advice!!

i just done a google search and from a quick glance i think its a stereo of some kind.

The fat box is discontinued

I know its discontinued....but you can still get them...and i have one. However.....im having a few issues with fitting. And i know some people on here have had them in their cars in past.

Basically is a voice prompting hard drive that stores all of your music and works with the OEM head unit and takes the place of your CD changer (actually fits in the changer space). Its upgradable to about 160GB.

i just dont like after market head units. I cant be dealing with pop offs or some scag head smashing my window for a bag of browns!

Sam, its more software related to the phatbox. It doesnt have any of the Seat range on the pick list....but i know some people have done it.

Also...the phatbox leads has a circular connector....the back of the stereo have a rectangular one for the changer....but im guessing there is a lead that goes between. Just no idea what its called.

from what i can make out you need The VW Phatbox Adaptor Cable. the round connector on the end is an audi connector. so im guessing if you get the vw connector and it fits im sure you have to select a vw in the software.
