Phatbox not working...

OK - I've sorted out a new Alana headunit in my Ibiza and connected everything up... the Phatbox won't work now... it shows no sign of power.

When I press CD6 it just says changer and does nothing, but I'm thinking what I've done differently from the Toledo and as part of the cable that goes from the changer port on the HU to the Phatbox is a grounding cable, on the Toledo I screwed that into a grounding point at the bottom left of the dash.

Is this what the problem is likely to be, is it essential that cable is grounded?

Any ideas where abouts behind the dash or that area I can ground it?

Cheers

Had a play about and got this working today.

I've grounded the phatbox at a bit behind the glove compartment, a Torx screw holds a bit of plastic onto a bit of metal, stuck it in there and it works, is this good enough for grounding?

Cheers
