Anyone had a play with one of these?

Not so long back I was in front of one going through country lanes in my standard cupra with one behind me and it kept up pretty well, dont know much about them and thought I would have the edge but not that much.

I did come out of a sharp corner into 2nd and left him behind but he was behind me again at the next corner

Apparantly they do 0-60 in 7.1 secs?

i used to own one, standard 140BHP job. it alegedly does 60 in 7.9, some days it felt like that and others it was nearer 3 days (oh, sorry that might have been becasue it had broken down, AGAIN!)

Handling wise, its like a go kart, the ride is firmer than the LCR's and the steering is more direct, you get a good idea of what the car is doing all the time.

Maybe? as i said i was in front so could only see the front end and know it was a 206, he turned off before we came to a junction and i could have a proper look.

That could have had something to do with it then, I was booting it and it didnt do so badly, i doubt it would stand much of a chance against a remapped cupra tho, ive just gone back to standard after the 5 hour revo trial:)cry: ) and you can definately feel the difference

Not much dif between a 180 and a normal gti! 180bhp weighs a ton lol 60 is 7.4 and 7.2 according to wisebuyers! Was looking at one a while back
