Had a DPF delete and stage 2+ remap!!! Chuffed with it!!! Clutch is ok at the moment but has slipped a couple of times and it does smell now and then. I don't boot it below 2500rpm to try and help it. Just want to know best options? Would it be a good idea to go for a smf and organic clutch kit??

Miles are at 42,000... Had the remap done with s.h.a.r.k performance :) noticed the clutch on the drive back so must of been on the way out!! Now the extra power and torque is just finishing it off!! Lol

Anyone with stage2+ good luck with replacing your injectors frequently and possibly pistons. Running too much fuel for the amount of boost thats being used.

I have done some logging on a car and the egts are too high and there is show of injector stall on the odd occasion at full load.

Ahh cool!!! Well, I'm still needing the clutch at some point soon ish.

Has anyone on here fitted a hybrid turbo on a PD170???

no point in a hybrid PD170 it wont offer you any gains will just ease the turbo pressure

With the S-hark map that makes the injectors run at 100%, it's actually running too much fuel for the amount of boost that the turbo to give.
So yes a hybrid would benefit and you'd probably see about another 15bhp but it's not worth the spend for 15bhp.

The PD owners are still waiting on firad or bosio to make some updated nozzles.

Noble you seem to forget i ran the ***** stage2+ on my car, 15bhp for £900ish pounds really isnt worth it, save the money and fit a GTB2260VK

Uprated Nozzles are available, i sourced them myself earlier this year

Everybody was waiting for either Me,BIGG or Kilner to be Guinea pig on them

I don't forget and my point still stands.

It's factually incorrect that a hybrid turbo will see no power benefit.
It's provides very little benefit vs spend is more factual.

its also factually incorect that the PD owners are still waiting for nozzles

at end of the day yes Money vs Benefit it doesnt make sense

So did you source/buy the nozzles or just establish where you can get them from re a polish or Lithuania provider?

Theres a GTB2260VK unit on ebay at the moment!!.... Does it need any work to the actual turbo to get it to work?? ... I know it will need flange adaptors and the custom exhaust manifold ??

this can get abit confusing

Stage 0 DPF Delete - Offers minimal gains
Stage1 DPF Delete - offers a few gains probably around 200
Stage 2 DPF Delete- should be around 215bhp
Stage2+ DPF Delete- Mine made 228bhp

You can also have a "Stage1 " remap done with the DPF still attached
