Mate has just bought a Beeza TDI Sport. It's on a 53 plate.

Doesn't feel as quick as his old PD130 Golf but it has:

6 speed box
traction control
red DI badge

Any ideas? Engine code?

Worrying if it is. I had a PD150 and him a PD130 Golf at one point. That felt quicker than this. The only PD100 I've been in was chipped and that was nearly as quick as my PD150.

It's ASZ I think.

Could be anything really. Have you tried connecting it to VAGCOM and scanning for faults?

No he's not picked it up yet. The garage had only just got it in and hadn't looked at it so they may find something. I might ring SEAT.

Just done one of those search thingys... sounds like a PD130 from the engine code.

We might be used to my PD170 or his 280bhp Scooby...

you're not sayin' that a pd130 feels slower than a 280 brake petrol scooby are you?

the derv owners will not like this

all I can think of is that it must be down on torque
