Hi new to the forum, got a 2012 Ibiza Copa with issues, so wanting advise..

PAS terminal 15 is below 10V, any advise?

That's the thing, no error whilst idling and no power steering.. light will come on dash when wheels rotate.
When reading settings at idle with no PAS, terminal 15 is below 10 volts, i thought that terminal voltage should be ignition volts? Terminal 30 is 14+volts
