since fitting the sub and amp i got a shed load of rattles. the paint one being the stupid parcel self.. never had this problem on any other car. go figure fiat actually got something right lol

anyway whats causing the rattling and is there a fix i.e where to put some foam padding :)

p.s how easy is it to remove boot lid trim so i can sound dead it as the plastic under the window rattles like a biatch too

my parcel dont vibrate but then i do have the wires things sitting underneith it lol you have to prise it off and its quite hard as its being held in by quite a few metal clips not like the plastic ones they use everywere else...u will prob need a lever that will not damage the paint...

normally the culprit for major rattles is the reg plate if noty that then bit of foam on the nearest end of the parcel shelf where it meets the ledge boot trim as has already been said it has about 9-10 metal clips just lever an edge up and unclip it off.

my full car rattles like a bitch with the old 10" mtx's (x3) in the boot!
just have to turn it up so ya head rattles too.

on my parcel shelf all i used was some heavy duty sticky velcro (soft side) from hallfruits, parcel shelf wedges itself in nicely and you can't see anything cos the colour matches, but i still got rattles i just can't get rid of :cry:
