pan pan - weird problem

I have my boost/vac gauge connected to the FPR hose. Last couple times I've started the car I notice there's no boost nor vacuum in that hose. And when I try to push the engine it just stalls. I can hear the turbo whistle a little so that's not blocked. After like 10-15mins the boost/vacuum is back and the car handles normally. Not a gauge error. Can it be the PCV valve that's clogged up?

you checked its not kinked or crushed where it comes off the intake manifold?

what could be kinked or crushed? The PCV valve? WHere do I look?

now I also have excessive pollution light on. So Im guessing its spitting clunks of oil into the intake now?

Found a moist hose under the intake manifold. Right of the dipstick. Believe its the end of the suction pump? Its thicker than the hose from the FRP. All other hoses are dry in that area..
