Won't that screw up the Climate Control?

If it's the same temperature sensor that's used on the air input to the cabin, how will the system know how much 'coolth' to provide to reach the internal set point?

Does your climate control go mental when you switch it to Auto, with the 'Econ' off?

climate control have sensors throughout the cabin and relies on these for reference, not the outside air temp sensor.
that still doesnt detract from the point that it should sense temperature reasonably accurately though.

your speedometer is also only a guide, however, would you put up with it if it were reading 30mph over actual. of course not. tell the dealer its knackered, tell them you want a new one, and tell them when it is convenient for you for them to change it.

dont settle for anything less than what you paid for, after all its what your entitled to.
