My wife realy fancies a convertible so have been keeping my eye out for a diesel A4 or BMW 3 series. I have found this BMW 320cd M Sport with 20k on the clock & have agreed a satisfactory p/x deal with my Leon tdi. The issue i have is that the dealer has told me there is still £16k BMW finance outstanding on the car, but for my own piece of mind said i could make my payment of the change over price directly to BMW finance & he would send a cheque for the remainder at the same time. What are your opinions & do you think its a safe bet? Im getting a bit sick of dealers trying to take my eyes out, if anyone fancies a bargain, fully sorted, low milage 1.9tdi give me a shout, especialy if you have a diesel cabriolet!!
