Make sure you use decent spring compressors, whilst doing some a few years ago we used rubbish little ones and one set slipped, firing the fully compressed spring into my mates chest. Not nice, I was expecting broken ribs but luckily he was just badly bruised.

Me my dad and next door neighbour fitted a set of Eibach springs to my mk4 golf gti about 3 years ago and it was the most herrific job i have ever done, if you havent done it b4 for the love of god get a garage to fit them, the back is easy but the front is an utter nightmare. Never again.

fitted them to mine, as long as the dampers come off the car easy enough you wont have any problems. mk2 ibiza, is just bolt offf bolt swap and bolt on, yours may be different but it certainly isnt hard if you decide to do it.
spring compressors at halfords are £20 if you dont have any
