yeah just take off the engine cover you will see its held on with 3 or 4 plastic clips, just twist them a little to unclip each one and it comes off

yeah just open your hood and take a pic from the front of your engine bay, without the cover on it

Don't cut it (no need) just pull it off and t-piece it. ALternatively just t-piece the vacuum hose going to the DV, they both work the same (I've tried both, no difference in boost gauge reading).

thats all very well but my FPR had one of them clips that are use once only, didnt have any jubilee clips so thought it easier to cut,

as for taking it from the dv, iv heard people say it hasnt worked properly for them from the DV and upopn ringing jabba for advice they recommended the FPR too so there must be a reason

anyone else help me with a pic as it will be dark by the time i get home?

Yeah have thought about the hose on the dv certainly the simpler option, when you cant even find the fpr!

there are two pipes on the FPR, one going to the underneath of it, ignore that just plumb it into the pipe going into the top of the FPR like on the above pic and my pic, the only difference is the FPR in the pic above seems to be twisted round, maybe they have upgraded to a 4bar FPR

yea if you having major probs with the FPR just use the DV, i was going to use the DV only thing that swayed me was Jabba saying the FPR and some other chap saying his gauge didnt work properly off the DV
