Oil discovered while fitting FMIC!!!

Just finished fitting my Forge FMIC but whilst doing it i have notice quite a large amount of oil in the bottom of the hoses that i needed to remove!

Should this be there or is this a sign of something bad?

Its just oil from Breather i should imagen, how much came out??

Not much just in places where it would rest once engine is turned off if you know what i mean! I used it to 'lube' up the new pipes before i put them on so it came in handy!!!

So could it cause damage to the intercooler if it was excessive or just make it under perform?

prob under perform , but everyone is the same , i take my fmic off every 6 months and clean it out with gunk engine degreasant

You must be a master at removing your front bumper now then!?! Took me bloody ages getting that thing on and off by myself!

Ill keep an eye on it maybe check the top hoses regulary

i dont think you will wont notice the difference, oil is a good thermo conducton but cleaning it is always a good idea.
