Odd rubbing/scuffing sound when going slow

Hi peeps,

im getting an odd rubbing/graunching/scuffing sound when im going slow, it gets louder to a point as you speed up then goes.

All I can thing of is that it may be my brakes??

Any other ideas?

heat shield from back of discs touching disc?

Would that be front or back or either?

my rear discs rub really annoying and so does front offside, jack each corner up spin wheels check

im doing alot of work this weekend! lol Gota take my bumper off to change me headlight and fitting new front discs so will check then
