after fitting my boost gauge last nite very quickly i have noticed a strange reading which i know isnt correct, i have not yet actually wired the gauge in ie: earth, illumination and power but just have the boost pipe plumbed in, with engine off it reads -0.5 bar, when engine is started it reads -1.2bar then when i drive and put my foot down it maxes out at around -0.7 bar? how can i be boosting negative values? could a pinch in the pipe effect this as it wont allow all the pressure through? is it because i havent wired the electrical side of it in? or is my car f****d? oh yes i have plumbed it in from the top of standard dump valve, that is correct isnt it?
