'Notchy' clutch feel

Hi guys - one day i'll post something when i don't have an issue but in the mean time...

Car's a '03 210 LCR, std clutch (as far as i'm aware)....

when i depress the clutch pedal 100% and then release it again there is a noticeable 'jerk' through the pedal, some of which can be felt through the throttle pedal too. it's most noticeable in first, although intermittant in the higher gears, only started after the weekend, but there was no harsh treatment just woke up monday morning and hey presto!

There is however, no effect on the actual car so pulling off etc is stil nice and smooth even with the dodgy pedal feel... just worried it may be a symptom of something to come and I have a track day in Wales on friday...

any ideas!?!!?

Sounds like the thrust bearing may be on its way out - if it is, it'll carry on getting worse and worse

ok mate, thanks... that was my thought was just after a 2nd opinion! i'll give it some stick round the track and then get it checked out
