Is it the coilpacks?
Half way home..on acceleration i get the excess pollution light in my face for a few secs then went away and since then it stutters when accelerating only. It's not a happy lcr.
I have seen this light before (who hasn't!) when i needed a Temp sensor ages ago, but that time it was on permanently.
I have a feeling it may be the coilpacks expecially after doing some SCNsearches..
Bascially the car is ok in low revs it's only when accelerating it judders, ease off the gas and then it's ok. Cars around wouldn't notice anything unless you were trying to overtake obviously !
Need the car tomorrow so i'm hoping AA can fix it later ...umm
Anyone on here think it may be something else?
No joy from the assistance unfortunately so i'm gonna have to get it to seat.....He was a nice bloke but the Seat Assistance passed it to AA which was passed to a recovery truck company!?...not quite what was required.....ie a vagcom and vag group knowledge would be nice..but i thank the guy for trying !
