Nooby question about wheels

Hi all, I'm looking for some new wheels of my Cupra, and ever since i've seen DinkyDaves car, i've fallen in love with Compomotive MO's.

I know that the spacing for an Ibiza is 4X100, but what does the rest mean? Offset, ET, PCD and all these other weird abriviations mean?
