Nobert Michelisz takes pole : ETCC

Norbert Michelisz has taken pole position for the 2009 European Touring Car Cup in his SEAT Leon TDi. The Eurocup champion put in a last second flyer on a drying circuit to jump ahead of WTCC driver Franz Engstler's BMW.

The Bamboo Engineering Chevrolet's continued their form seen in morning practice, and locked out the second row, with Da Costa leading BTCC racer Harry Vaulkhard.
