Seriously hope someone can help me with this.
So after changing all my discs and pads, and fitting new rear calliper finally. I sat in the car and pressed the pedal and hey presto went straight to floor.
Searched on here and decided to bleed all the brakes. Done this as in all callipers and alot of air was coming out so after we deicded this was taking ages my mate that works at bmw said they had a pressurised bleed unit. So got the car to the garage and bleed every brake again. Alot of air came out and stopped after a whole bottle change and just fluid pouring out. Got the car off the ramp and tried again. Car does brake now although pedal is still not stiff.
Im completely stumped any ideas?
Also traction control light comes on sometimes on startup and also handbrake light flashes and beeps every so often (taking car back home) although handbrake cable was not engaged and with pushing the esp button nothing happens with the tc light. Could this be anything to do with turbosmart dv being on soft?
Any help is greatfully appreciated. Going mad now 7 weeks without car on the road .
