Could be air in the fluid, check the resovoir level to see if low
Sometimes the vacuum piping splits for the cylinder but forge do a strengthened replacement but i doubt it would be that
How old is the fluid too, has it started to absorb water and needs changing

Same Here

I have been having the same problem, twice now ive had no brakes at all and when im driving around sometimes the pedal is normal but sometimes it goes to the flor before i get anything, then when i pump it its all normal for a bit.

I checked all the pipes underneath and it looks okay, only thing i did find was when i checked the master cylinder i found oil on it and discovered a hole in the turbo pipe. I havent checked the vacume pipe though, where is it?
