Nice little drive home yesterday

was driving home yesterday when i came across a focus RS moving at a steady pace, as i came closser he floored it and so did i. i completely court up and was ready for some swift over taking but got a chip on the windscreen so pulled back. but i was quite pleased by how i kept up.

is that to be expected for a Ibiza R vs RS?

Focus RS in standard form is 212bhp, so i'm guessing an un modded Ibiza 'R' may have some trouble.

all i have is a cat back miltek and panel filter. he just couldnt pull away i just kept up all the way. was well pleased

once in a queue at some lights on quite a big roundabout we have around here i seen a 911 turbo weaving in an out of traffic to get to the front, but the chilled relaxed look of the driver and his mate made me think he werent in any hurry

so i manged to pull along side him at the last set of lights before the slip onto the motorway and i was in the inside he was on the outside...at this point it seemed clear he would attempt to get infront of me before the slip became a single lane

so as knob'ish as possible i launched the car hard off the clutch and used the inside area to stay infront...at first i felt very proud of myself but then later i felt like a ***** when i realised he didnt take the same exit

moral of the story is put ur car on the track...and see how well u fair that way
