Next suspension choice

Just fitted hottuning (TA Tecknix) coilovers and they are too hard for the roads I use, so I am going to sell them and try something else.

Question is what next. I know I'm wanting a shock and spring kit, but which out of the following?

http://www.potn.co.uk/p1320159.htm - PI

http://www.topgear.co.uk/acatalog/Seat_Suspension_Kits.php - Jamex

http://www.venommotorsport.com/manu...n&product=SuspensionKit&make=Seat&model=Ibiza - Supersport

I have heard good things about them all but can't decide which would be best.

Thanks,

surely the coilies will take a bit of time to bed in, then they may be a bit softer?? anyways if you still want to go down the shocks and springs, give us a PM for your coilies unless they've gone :)

It also comes into consideration if you have low profile tyres. I've had 40 and 45 tyres on mine with weitec coilovers and felt a difference. 40s felt a lot harder than 45s etc.

Yeh I did think that but it is quite hard and I can't see it getting as soft as I would like it to be. I will give you a PM if I do take them off ;)

have you tried raising them up a bit?? if you got them set too low it would be like a go kart lol!

They are almost as high as they will go! The helper spring is fully compressed, don't know if it's meant to be.

Coilovers are known for being harsher and changing to a good springs and shocks kit will give you a less harsh ride.

Have you thought about the Koni or Weitec kits?

Yeh I didn't think they would be that harsh though  They are kind of out of my price range. Maybe the Konis I could just afford.

Which would you suggest out of the 3 I found? Obviously you would prefer me to buy the kits you sell. [B)]

H&R cup kit ? nice drop yet good ride

Had H&R before this but one of the shocks seal burst and I has put me off them.
