Hey guys

I was going to sell my car as it's done 92k miles but i'm going to keep it - so what to do next? I'm thinking a new set of alloys or a refurb will make me love my car again lol. Or there is an option of an uprated clutch?

I quite fancy some TT comp alloys - perhaps polished? What price would i expect to pay for these second hand ( looking at some atm )

Or i could refurb my Leon alloys - not sure what colour.

Heres a picture and you can let me know what would suit it!

They need a refurb, quite a few marks on the lips :(

Yes, it does slip not all the time- mostlyunder load. Yea i'm still thinking about it but not right now as i'm enjoying saving money lol.

Thanks for the nice comment though!

Also think i have a boost leak and got a bad knock but was trying to put them off till later lol

Now a seat retrim is sounding nice! As well as colour code i think

What kinda things can you do to the standard seats? Yes my alloys are 17s btw

Thanks

retrim sounds a nice idea, i like TT comps but i would have them a a spare set, in my honest opinion, do not sell the leon alloys.....there like hotcakes just waiting to be snapped up. you could get alot of money for them....honeslty if u change the alloys keep them as spare till u reely dont want them at all, because if u get rid of them they'll be bloody hard to get another set ;),

definately:
....> colour code
....>lower on coilies
....>uprate that clutch
....> lcr splitter (if not done)
....>tints
....>retrim possibly
....>uprate sound system??
....>do some paintwork on the front badge
just some ideas

The only thing with bump strips is i need my car for work etc so can't be doing without it.

....> colour code
....>lower on coilies - Done!
....>uprate that clutch - need done :p
....> lcr splitter (if not done) - Done!
....>tints - na, don't think it would suit my car
....>retrim possibly - interested in this - need pricing!
....>uprate sound system?? - though about that but the sport speakers are quite good
....>do some paintwork on the front badge - hmm yea could do something there

So - refurb alloys since most people like them ( this won't get done imediatly ) - what colour?
Retrim - yes i think would be good as i like new interiour touches although it could be expensive - or perhaps just the fron't seats?

Just makes it more costly to get newer ones with stupid adapters. I only have tweets and the lows at the moment, the mid just gets drowned out completely.
