How do you get the coil packs off so that I can replace plugs? Help much appreciated. I am planning to replace with NGKPFR6Q any thoughts on whether this is a good choice?

Easy, just undo the connector and pull coilpack out.

On LCR engine (I would imagine its the same as yours?) Coilpacks 1 +2 are easy to get to, but 3+4 are under a bracket that needs removing. I think there's about 5 allen key sized bolts that hold it in.

If they're a bit tight, just lever them with a large screw driver and they'll just pop out. Mines were okay, i just managed to pull them out.

Then you need a deep socket on an extension bar, i cant remember the size of socket off the top of my head though.
