New to ICE - need some advice

Hi guys,

I recently purchased a 2003 Seat Cupra and it has an inbuilt sat nav. I would like to take out this sat nav and sell it and replace it with a different double din screen/sat nav. I also plan on taking out the 6 cd changer and sell that too.

Is there anything i need to safely remove the sat nav and cd changer such as removal keys?

What accessories will i need to fit the new double din unit, such as wiring adapters etc?

Any help will be appreciated as i haver never touched ICE before but would like to do these changes and wouldn't want to miss out anything!

Thanks :)

I bought some removal keys from ebay for pennies... CD changer is pull off the fascia and undo the screws... wiring adaptors depends on the head unit you buy but more often than not it's just a case of plug in apart from swapping over the constant and ignition power wires.

Thanks :) Hopefully it shouldn't be too difficult and cause me any problems!
