New TFSI today

I've just got in from picking up my car after a slight detour of 100 miles. This car is fantastic. I've come from a Alfa GTV V6 so was expecting a nippy sensible car but it's so much more than that. The handling is great and the ride is just hard enough to enjoy the back roads.

I few pics after it's first wash

Washed it already?

Although saying that I probably would wash and wax mine today if I didn't have to go to work in a bit.

Ya after 100 miles I could'nt leave it sat outside with dirty wheels so I used some of my new cleaning gear to give it a wash. It's the first time I've used a drying cloth, Gold water magnet Meguiar's and a lambswool wash mitt again Meguiar's. Both excellent!

Have to agree with you there. I've got a black tdi sport and love it:D bugger to keep clean when you drive an average of 140m per day.

A whole 140 metres? Wow, that's not even to the end of my road and back. ;)

how do the rear doors open? are the suicide doors?
The rear door handles are Alfa 147 style where the rear window meets the glass behind the rear door, You can see where there is a curve in it to allow you hand in to open the door.

(God someone please re-write the above so it makes sense!)

Nice pics...but still can't get off on the looks of this car. I'm really hoping the Cupra looks great, otherwise I need to find a new brand.

The car is way too high and the headlights remind me of an old Eels album
