It's the same thing that gave Alfa a bad name. The cars were good but the dealers are crap.
To be honest, with a few exceptions, I think all dealers are crap. What I didn't expect was SEAT UK's attitude that faults on the car were perfectly acceptable at low mieage and age.
I got the money back I'd spent on repairs after a *long* battle with SEAT, but it really shouldn't have been that hard. Ideally the car shouldn't go wrong anyway, but things happen, and it's a test of supplier how well they handle it. They could have covered themselves in glory, instead they covered themselves in something else.
