I bought a full interior from an '03 LCR and fitted it in my FR.
The full interior I bought included front & rear Recaro seats (not the standard seats on that auction) door cards, all the upper black plastic trim, black head lining, door seals and furniture, LCR steering wheel, LCR handbrake cover, LCR gear knob & gaitor, LCR alloy pedals, full set of carpet mats, LCR dash vents with the red noddy things...
I paid about £500 for the lot, from a VAG breaker near Manchester. When I bought my LCR, I swapped the seats and sold the brand new ones (only the drivers seat had been sat in, and that was only from the dealer back home!). Took a month to sell them (advertised on here, another forum & ebay) and eventually sold them for only £300!
Obviously they're worth what you're willing to pay... but just standard seats & door cards, I'd say offer £300. It it is the FULL interior, including everything listed above, maybe £400-500.
And yes, it's a straight forward job to do a full interior swap
