new cupra owner problems

hi guys i just got my ibiza cupra last nigth a x reg with 34k on clock its been revo stainless center sectiona dn a dump vavle but its a atmospheric 1, now i have read that these can cause problems but what sort cause at the min if i giv it some in first gear get to about 5500 rpm then change to second wont let me rev passed 3000 just juddeds untill i change up could these be becasue of teh dump vavale or any 1 got an idea of what it could be? also had a problem with the fans not working but changed the fuse on teh top of battery and seem to be working now but still hum after switch car off and dont seem to stop untill i take the fuse out and put it back in again?

it might not throw up fault codes straight away as far as im told but they will, and dont know if thats to do with the dump valve, the fuse holders are problematic i replaced mine £22 pound from stealers and half hour work mine works well now,

Firstly remove that **** dump valve and replace it with either a Forge DV007P or get a factory replacement from SEAT. Once you replaced it reset the ECU by disconnecting the battery for 10-15 mins.

If the problem still persists you need to get your on vag-com to read the fault codes etc.

well i have the standard dump vavle with it but not sure how to fit it heres a pic of it as it is at the moment am guessing the little white hole is where 1 part of the standard dump vlave goes to?

well mate if u want a stardard dv iv got one sitting in a box u can have for the postage!

take all the blow off valve stuff off

the rubber pipe that connects to the dv at one end and the metal intercooler pipe at the other is one end of the dv, the bottom end of the dv goes into the intake pipe thats been blocked off in that pic of urs

then piece of vac hose goes on the top of the dv, its very simple

there is a big picture in my flash gallery that u can look at and see clearly how its connected, only difference is that the forge dv is backwards in the picture as i was trying something out

As for the noise that sounds after you have turned the ignition off, is an auxillary pump to help cool the turbo i believe.
